This accommodation had a super central setting in the historic city centre. Loved the deluxe king room with 1 double bed, would n't mind staying there all day. All the staff was helpful and we had an early check in.

Tbh, had an excellent stay for the weekend. The hotel was immaculately clean, the rooms were big size with particularly nice views. All the staff was very polite and nice, resolved my issues.

The hotel offers stylish and cozy rooms with lovely pictures, showers, I am very pleased about that. The property's location is marvellous, right by Zenkov Cathedral, many tourist attractions and many restaurants and sights and restaurants.

The breakfast was satisfactory especially pastries, fruit and cheese. Stayed in deluxe queen room with showers which was perfect for me. The location was great and stunning in a lovely area, near Almaty from Astana for work and parks and the Cathedral and the Central Mosque or the Museums like The Almaty Museum or the museum of Konaev. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

The breakfast at Grand Tien Shan was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the fresh bread and the exquisite coffee. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently close to many historic sights in the area.

The hotel has marvellous location very close to the Cathedral and the Central Mosque or the Museums like The Almaty Museum or the museum of Konaev, too many nice restaurants, and nightlife. Furthermore, on the whole everything was good. Units with 1 double bed.

I was so impressed by this hotel! It's located right in the heart of town which made it so easy to explore the area. The room was really comfy, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and even a mini-bar. I also took advantage of the spa & wellness center which was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were all really friendly and helpful too - I especially appreciated how quick and easy it was to arrange an airport shuttle.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel in the area.
